Because of increased costs due to inflation we are increasing our prices.
The prices below are the new rates from the 1st October 2023.
Our daily tariffs for boarding here at the Kennels and Cattery are from day of arrival until day of departure.
A full days board is charged for day of arrival and day of departure.

Opening Times 9am - 11am and 4pm - 6pm, Monday - Saturday, 10am - 11am and 5pm - 6pm Sunday (except Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years Day).
Outside of these times we are CLOSED. Visits are by appointment only. Please ensure you turn up at the correct time or notify us of a delay. Paperwork and Deposits can be left in the black letterbox in an envelope.
25% deposit required at time of booking. Balance of payment due on admission - cash, cheque (with banker’s card) or BACS – sorry no credit cards.
Cancellation of a booking within 0-7 days of admission requires full payment. Deposits are not refundable.
Christmas Day 25th, Boxing Day 26th and New Year's Day will be charged at double rate. We will also be closed for collections and drop offs to clients and furry friends.
We can provide a collection and delivery service if required - please ask for a quote.
We only accept cats and dogs at Willow Tree Kennels and Cattery with up to date vaccinations.
Dogs should be vaccinated (Kennel Cough is not compulsory but we cannot take any responsibility if your dog catches it when with us).
Cats should be covered for Feline Enteritis and Feline Calicivirus (cat flu).
All pets must have been treated for flea and worm parasites. You must bring your dog or cats current vacination certificate with you.
We are happy to administer oral medication to your dog or cat whilst they are with us. Any cat or dog suspected of suffering from any infection, illness or disease during their stay with us, will be removed to our isolation facility, for both their and our other guests safety, pending advice from a vet.
IN THE CASE OF AN EMERGENCY
If your pet becomes unwell while in our care, we will contact our local veterinary practice – Shepton Mallet Veterinary Group Tel. 01749 343955 to seek professional emergency help to provide the best care for your pet - any costs will be passed on to you.
We take great care to ensure that we remain free of fleas and worms, so that your pet does not contract them whilst staying with us. If we find a dog or cat in our care has either we will again speak to the vet, and treat the pet accordingly. This cost will be passed on to you.
